Our Client, Bury Council, is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join their Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
*Hold longer-term adult cases within a local community area
*Complete Care Act assessments and reviews
*Develop and monitor care and support plans
*Safeguard adults at risk (s42 enquiries)
*Work with carers and complete carers’ assessments
*Support independence, wellbeing, and prevention
*Coordinate multi-agency and community-based services
*Review commissioned care packages and outcomes
*Maintain clear, timely, and lawful records
Requirements of this role:
*Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
*Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
*Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience post qualifying working as a Qualified social worker
