Job Description:
Actively trade Emerging Markets hard-currency credit, make markets, manage risk, and support primary issuance within a global flow trading platform. You will be working closely with internal teams and combining client-facing market making with disciplined risk taking and technology-driven execution.

Description
*Make competitive, consistent markets in Emerging Markets hard-currency cash products, with a focus on sustainable risk-adjusted returns.
*Actively manage risk and run positions across bonds and CDS in CEEMEA credit markets.
*Support primary market activity, including new issue pricing and distribution.
*Provide market colour and trade ideas to Sales, clients, and DCM partners.
*Trade and provide cover across other Emerging Market sectors within the desk as required.
*Identify opportunities to grow market share and product revenues, executing initiatives to enhance franchise performance.
*Maintain an active trading style with disciplined risk management controls.
*Proactively leverage technology, data, and analytics to improve pricing, execution, and workflow efficiency.
Profile
A successful Credit Trader should have:
*Bachelor’s degree, ideally in mathematics, finance, economics, engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
*Minimum of 5 years’ experience trading Emerging Markets credit, preferably CEEMEA corporates and financials.
*Proven ability to price, manage, and trade EM risk independently.
*Strong understanding of fixed income instruments and credit markets.
*Strong proficiency in Excel.
*Programming or scripting skills (e.g. Python, Java).
*Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-paced trading environment.
*Comfortable processing and acting on large volumes of information in real time.
