Contract: Temporary Cover
Start: Immediate / Short-Notice
Hourly Rate - £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
We are recruiting for a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover within a busy office environment in Sheffield. This is a confidential requirement and full details will be shared at shortlisting stage.
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organised, and confident handling reception duties while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:*Managing front-of-house reception and welcoming visitors
*Answering and directing calls professionally
*Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
*Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor arrangements
*Supporting general administrative duties as required
About You:*Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role
*Friendly, professional, and well-presented
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Confident using basic office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel advantageous)
*Reliable and able to step in at short notice
