Job Description:
Trust Accounting Assistant - Private Client Services - Top 10 FirmJoin a leading UK accounting firm and support the delivery of high-quality trust accounting and private client services within a prestigious and diverse client portfolio.
The Role
You will assist with trust accounting, client administration, and compliance work, supporting senior specialists in delivering tailored wealth, estate, and succession planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist in preparing trust accounts, tax returns, and supporting documentation
*Support annual compliance processes and timely tax submissions
*Maintain organised client records and assist with budgeting and billing activities
*Provide administrative and analytical support to senior staff and Partners
*Manage workflow, deadlines, and internal administrative tasks
About You
*Experience in bookkeeping or data entry
*Strong numeracy, IT, and communication skills
*Proactive team player with a desire to learn and develop
*Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C), including Maths and English
