Senior Pensions Administrator
About the company:
Alexander Lloyd is working an established and growing pensions organisation and is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join its collaborative and high-performing team.
Operating within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the business supports a broad and expanding portfolio of clients across Defined Benefits (DB) schemes.
Our client operates a flexible hybrid working environment of two days in the Glasgow office.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will play a key part in the day-to-day administration of defined benefit pension schemes, acting as a primary contact for members and supporting the wider trustee team.
Responsibilities include:
*Managing and maintaining all aspects of defined benefit pension scheme administration
*Acting as a point of contact for scheme members and stakeholders
*Overseeing workflow and ensuring tasks are delivered with agreed SLA’s
*Supporting and mentoring junior members
*Managing and contributing to projects such as scheme wind ups, benefit calculations, and data exercises
Key skills & experience required:
*Strong pensions administration background in Defined Benefits (DB)
*Strong technical knowledge of UK pension legislation and industry practices
*Proven projects experience, with the ability to manage and prioritise
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
