Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Client Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This is more than just account management – the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping client success, influencing business performance, and driving long-term growth.

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring that all services are delivered at an exceptional standard and in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Through strong strategic thinking, the role will support all areas of the business and client base to proactively address concerns, enhance collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. The Client Relationship Manager will also provide guidance and support to other members of the Client Relations team, fostering development and consistency in service delivery. Additionally, this role is critical in driving profitability by identifying cost-saving measures, streamlining processes, and seeking new business opportunities within the existing client base.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of a portfolio of key clients, becoming their trusted partner and ensuring consistently outstanding service delivery:
*Build strong, lasting relationships with clients at all levels.
*Lead regular business reviews and gain a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
*Proactively resolve escalations and turn challenges into opportunities.
*Monitor service performance against SLAs, ensuring high standards are always met.
*Analyse client data, trends, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
*Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement.
*Identify opportunities to add value, streamline processes, and grow existing accounts.
*Support and mentor colleagues within the Client Relations team.
The ideal candidate will have:
*At least three years’ experience in a high demand customer facing environment.
*Strong analytical skills to address complex issues, identify root cause and formulate innovative solutions aligned with company goals.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at a high level.
*A proactive, results driven mindset.
Benefits:
*25 holiday days per year plus 8 statutory days, increasing to 26 days after two years’ service and 27 days after four years’ service.
