What you’ll be doing:
*Managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
*Handling a varied and high-quality workload while meeting performance targets
*Working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
*Delivering clear, concise, and commercially practical advice
*Maintaining high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance
*Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships
*Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department
*Collaborating with colleagues as part of a supportive and high-performing team


About you:
*Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years’ PQE
*Strong experience in residential property law
*Confident managing your own caseload independently
*Solid understanding of compliance and risk management
*Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*A proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine enthusiasm to develop
