Job Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Temporary Insurance Administrator to support a busy insurance team based in Epsom. This is a 3-month temporary assignment, ideal for someone with previous insurance or financial services experience who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing administrative support to the insurance team
*Processing insurance documentation accurately and efficiently
*Updating and maintaining policy records and internal systems
*Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally
*Liaising with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
*Assisting with policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business processing
*Ensuring all work complies with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
*Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar office-based role
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Confident communicator, both written and verbal
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*A proactive and flexible approach to work
