Job Title: Business Development Manager / Partner Acquisition Manager
Location: Leeds (Office-based initially, flexibility once established)
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000 – £110,000+)

We are recruiting for a fast-growing and highly ambitious business development consultancy that delivers outsourced sales and lead generation solutions to businesses across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to join a high-performance environment, focusing on new business acquisition, client growth, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
*Identify and win new B2B clients requiring sales and business development support
*Generate leads through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and meetings
*Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions to prospective clients
*Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
*Close new business and onboard partner clients
*Engage with senior decision-makers across a range of industries
*Work towards revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
*Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
Requirements
*Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
*Strong track record of winning new business
*Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and closing deals
*Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
*Target-driven with experience working towards KPIs and revenue goals
*Self-motivated and able to work independently
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable
*Experience in outsourced sales, consultancy, or service-based environments
*Background in high-value or consultative sales
*Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
Salary & Benefits
*£35,000 – £45,000 basic salary
*Uncapped commission structure (5–10% of contract value)
*Realistic OTE £80,000 – £110,000+
*Recurring commission model with strong long-term earning potential
