D365 CRM Product Manager
Nigel Frank International are partnered with a growing Dynamics 365 CRM end user who are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive change and help to expand the platform whilst maintaining positive user experience!
Responsibilities
*Lead the continuous enhancement of Dynamics 365 CE by gathering requirements, prioritising features, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product improvements.
*Oversee the full product lifecycle, from backlog management to release planning, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
*Champion user experience, driving adoption through effective communication, training support, and iterative optimisation.
Skills & Experience
*Proven track record managing Dynamics 365 CE implementations, upgrades, and ongoing product evolution.
*Strong analytical capability to interpret business processes, identify gaps, and define practical, value-driven solutions.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, align, and support diverse teams.
*Familiarity with agile methodologies, balancing strategic product thinking with hands-on involvement in day-to-day delivery.
