Job Description:
A high-growth fintech in the insurance space is hiring a Management Accountant to take ownership of AP, support month end, and drive process improvements in a scaling, multi-entity environment.
The Role*Own end-to-end Accounts Payable (invoice to payment, reconciliations, supplier queries)
*Run domestic & international payment cycles
*Support month-end close (journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations)
*Own revenue & invoicing, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting
*Support audit and maintain strong financial controls
*Partner with commercial and operational teams on billing and process improvements
*Drive efficiencies across AP, revenue, and reporting processes
Profile*Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
*Strong AP and month-end experience in a multi-entity environment
*Audit exposure and strong controls mindset
*Systems-savvy (NetSuite/AP tools beneficial)
*Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-growth business
