Management Accountant - Hospitality Group
Location: London
Salary: Up to £50,000
Hybrid: 4 days in the office

We are partnering with a multi brand, fast-growing hospitality business operating a multi-site portfolio internationally. The business is known for strong brands, pace, and a commercial culture where finance is a true partner to operations.

This is a hands-on Management Accountant role with real exposure to senior stakeholders and decision making. You will own the management accounts for a portfolio of sites and support senior leadership with clear commercial insight.

Key responsibilities:
*Full ownership of monthly management accounts
*Preparation and presentation of P&Ls to senior management
*Cashflow forecasting and working capital management
*Balance sheet ownership including detailed reconciliations
*Budgeting and forecasting across multiple sites
*Variance analysis with clear commentary and recommendations
*Working closely with operations and non-finance stakeholders
*Supporting continuous improvement of reporting and controls
Requirements - Senior Management Accountant
*Part qualified level ACA ACCA or CIMA
*2+ years’ experience in a commercial finance or management accounting role
*Proven multi-site experience ideally within hospitality retail or leisure
*Strong understanding of P&L cashflow and balance sheets
*Confidence presenting financials to senior management
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*High attention to detail with a commercial mindset
*Experience with international location reporting desirable but not essential
