Description
*Set up and maintain customer and supplier accounts, including credit checks and limit reviews
*Process sales and purchase invoices, supplier payments, customer receipts and expenses
*Complete bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
*Support weekly payroll processing, with full training provided
*Assist with month end and year end reporting
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
*Previous proven experience in a similar role.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Salesforce system.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
*Previous experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
