Night Security Officer - Luxury Residential Development
North London | £30,000-£32,000 | 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for:
*Patrolling and monitoring CCTV to maintain safety.
*Managing access control, parcel deliveries, and loading bay operations.
*Supporting concierge (covering breaks, assisting residents, handling parcels).
*Being approachable and proactive - residents will see you as part of the community.
*Using smart systems to log incidents and report maintenance issues.
What We’re Looking For:
*Valid SIA badge - essential for this role.
*People-focused: Great communication and customer service skills.
*Tech-savvy: Comfortable using modern systems and tools.
*Reliable & professional: Committed to high standards.
*Team player: Positive and collaborative.
