Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join our growing Corporate Benefits team, Bionic Benefits, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The business continues to experience strong growth and an expanding client pipeline, creating an excellent environment for learning, development and longer-term career progression through lateral movement across teams.
This role offers far more than traditional administration, providing meaningful exposure to clients, stakeholders and platforms within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will play a key role in the administration and delivery of corporate employee benefits solutions, working closely with internal teams, platform providers and external stakeholders. This is a varied, "hands-on" role that combines technical benefits knowledge with client interaction and operational involvement.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing and maintaining accurate client data on the employee benefits platform
*Supporting corporate client administration across a range of benefit arrangements
*Working closely with the operations and platform lead to ensure smooth delivery
*Engaging regularly with HR teams, payroll contacts and employees
*Supporting day-to-day queries relating to benefits schemes
*Potential involvement in reviewing and assessing future platform providers
This position offers genuine stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to take ownership rather than operating in a purely administrative capacity.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced generalist from the corporate employee benefits market, with exposure across a range of benefit types.
Essential experience:
*Prior experience within corporate employee benefits administration
*Exposure across one or more of the following:
*Risk benefits
*Healthcare
*Pensions

Desirable:
*Experience using benefits platforms (Cloud8 advantageous but not essential)
*Background within a larger consultancy or similar environment (e.g. Aon or equivalent)
Candidate Profile
*Strong communicator with the confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders
*Commercially aware and keen to add value beyond core administration
*Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
*Junior to early-mid level, ideally seeking greater ownership and development
*Motivated to learn and grow within a scaling business
Team & Structure
*You’ll work closely with Russ, who is Bristol-based and integral to onboarding and training
*Initial reporting line likely into Jon, with team structure evolving as the business grows
*Wider changes expected with upcoming senior hires, offering future development opportunities
Working Pattern
*Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Bristol office
*Strong preference for candidates based in or near Bristol due to team collaboration ne
