An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical Negligence Fee Earner / Paralegal to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Blackburn.

This role will involve working closely with the Head of Department, providing key support on a varied and often complex caseload of medical negligence matters. The successful candidate will play an integral part in progressing cases efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assisting the Head of Department with a caseload of medical negligence claims
*Managing your own caseload where appropriate
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
*Supporting case progression from initial instruction through to resolution
*Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and deadlines

Requirements:
*Previous experience as a fee earner or paralegal within medical negligence (essential)
*Proven ability to manage or assist with a caseload
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent communication and client care abilities
*A proactive and team-oriented approach
