We provide rehabilitation for individuals following an acquired brain injury (ABI) and have a passion for providing exceptional support. For this reason, all our CQC inspected services are rated ’Outstanding’ across ALL AREAS and our residential services are rated outstanding across the board in their recent ’Headway Approved Provider’ accreditations.
Neuro-rehabilitation is a really unique and interesting sphere to work in, particularly if you are interested in people and want a rewarding and dynamic role. We have a lot of individuals that are interested in Psychology working for us, to enable them to gain good, practical experience. We have great career and development opportunities and the teams are highly skilled and supportive.
We are currently recruiting as we need people with an interest in Psychology and physio to work alongside the therapy team with two new service users who particularly need support with their attentional neglect, walking goals, independent life skill development, impulsivity and insight.
Due to our recent expansion and promotion we have opportunities in the service as Rehabilitation Support Workers and some places on our management training programme next year.
The Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside the neuro-OT’s, neuro-Physiotherapists, neuro-Speech and Language Therapists and neuro-Psychology team to support the implementation of goals and programmes in line with the individuals aspirations. The role involves rehabilitation in daily life skills and does involve some personal care. As we are a 24hr environment the shifts cover evening and weekend work.
