This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to work closely with Partners, manage a high-value client portfolio, and play a key role in business development and team growth.
The Role
*Lead on complex private client tax advisory matters
*Manage and develop a significant portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
*Oversee delivery, delegation, and financial performance of engagements
*Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
*Mentor and develop junior team members
About You
*CTA (or equivalent) qualified
*Strong background in private client tax within practice
*Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory work
*Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
