Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Warrington
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Role:
As an HR Advisor, you will be a key member of the HR team, providing expert guidance and support across a wide range of HR functions. This is a generalist position where you will play an important role in supporting both employees and management within a values-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Relations: Provide advice and support on a variety of ER matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
* HR Policies and Compliance: Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies in line with current UK legislation and sector best practice.
* Performance Management: Support managers with performance reviews, appraisals, and development plans.
* HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR operations.
About You:
* Proven experience in an HR Advisory or similar role.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
