Your roleAs a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll support customers with travel-related queries and deliver a seamless experience across multiple channels.
You will:
*Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
*Provide clear, efficient, and empathetic solutions
*Build strong relationships with customers
*Stay up to date with promotions and company updates
*Work closely with your team to maintain excellent service standards
What you’ll need*Fluent German and English
*Previous experience in customer service
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office
*Ability to stay calm under pressure
