Inspire Young Minds as a Primary School Teacher
We are looking for three enthusiastic and committed Primary School Teachers to join our welcoming and forward-thinking school community on a supply basis. This is an exciting opportunity for educators who are passionate about shaping young minds and creating a classroom where curiosity, confidence, and achievement thrive.
As a Primary Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in nurturing pupils academically, socially, and emotionally-delivering creative lessons that spark imagination and build a lifelong love of learning.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Your work will make a real impact on pupils’ progress and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that meet a range of learning needs
*Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that encourages participation and curiosity
*Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress through observations, assessments, and feedback
*Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, pupils, and colleagues
*Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to share best practice and enhance outcomes
*Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm, focused learning environment
*Take part in professional development to stay up to date with educational approaches
What We’re Looking For
*A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS - required)
*Previous primary teaching experience is welcomed, but not essential
*Strong communication and classroom management skills
*Organised, proactive, and adaptable teaching style
*A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
*Ability to tailor lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities
Role Details
*Job Type: Supply
*Pay: From £140 per day (minimum)
*Schedule:
*Monday to Friday
*Day shifts only
*No weekends
*School holidays off
*Start Date: ASAP
*Location: In person
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree (required)
*Minimum 1 year teaching experience
*QTS (required)
