Cover Supervisor Secondary Schools Across Solihull | Start Date: ASAP
Are you confident in the classroom, adaptable under pressure, and passionate about supporting students’ learning - wherever you’re needed?We are working closely with a range of secondary schools across the Solihull area who are seeking reliable and capable Cover Supervisors to provide high-quality classroom supervision on a short and long-term basis. This role is ideal for experienced Cover Supervisors or Teaching Assistants who enjoy variety and thrive in fast-moving school environments.
The Role
*Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects
*Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
*Confidently manage behaviour in line with each school’s policies.
*Keep students engaged, focused and on task
*Adapt quickly to different school settings and expectations
What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant UK secondary school experience is essential Strong behaviour management and classroom presence Confidence supervising whole classes independently Flexibility and reliability Access to a car is advantageous, given the location and travel between schools.
