Nursery Nurse
Academics are currently recruiting for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join friendly, supportive, and well-established nursery teams within welcoming early years settings across East Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with children aged birth to five who thrives in a nurturing and busy nursery environment and enjoys making a real difference each day as a Nursery Nurse across Kent.
The RoleAs a Nursery Nurse, you will:
*Provide high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework
*Create a stimulating, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
*Observe, plan, and assess children’s development using Development Matters (2023)
*Support key worker responsibilities and contribute to learning journeys
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues within supportive nursery settings across Kent
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will:
*Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
*Have recent experience working within a nursery or similar early years setting
*Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
*Be confident completing observations, planning activities, and supporting next steps in learning
*Be proactive, caring, and a strong team player
