Credit Controller
Gloucester (predominantly WFH)
£30,000 - £35,000
This Gloucester-based service sector business requires a Credit Controller to replace a member of staff who has been promoted. They have a track record of developing staff and similar opportunities are available to the successful candidate. The company is open to flexible working and can offer as much as four days WFH although local people take the opportunity to be office-based more of the time. The organisation continues to grow organically and through acquisition and this promises to be a good time to join them.
The Role
You will manage payments, resolve discrepancies, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounts receivable or finance administration experience looking to progress.
Key Responsibilities
*Investigate and resolve payment issues
*Submit invoices/credit notes
*Post and allocate daily receipts
*Maintain accurate AR records and provide statements
Candidate profile
*Experience in accounts receivable or finance administration
*AAT qualified or studying (or equivalent)
*Strong accuracy, organisation, and Excel skills
*Confident communicator across all levels
*Tenacious, proactive, and solutions-focused
