We’re looking for a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
If you thrive on managing schedules, staying one step ahead, and keeping things running smoothly this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
*Provide proactive PA support to senior managers
*Manage busy diaries, meetings & travel arrangements
*Prepare reports, documents & presentations
*Handle confidential communications with discretion
*Liaise with internal teams & external contacts
*Organise meetings, events & schedules
*Keep priorities on track and deadlines met
About You
*Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant
*Strong organisational & diary management skills
*Excellent communication & people skills
*High attention to detail and professionalism
*Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced role
*Confident using Microsoft Office
