Job Title: Support Worker
Location: W14 9DD
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour + Holiday Pay (HP)
Contract Type: Temporary (Ongoing)
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join a busy service in West London on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, reliable, and able to integrate quickly into a fast-paced environment. You will be providing practical and person-centred support to service users, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing 1:1 support to service users
*Assisting with benefits applications and claims
*Supporting with housing applications and related documentation
*Undertaking practical support tasks, including domestic duties such as laundry
*Helping maintain the day-to-day operations of the service
*Covering the operational support line during staff absence
About You:
*Comfortable working in a hands-on, practical support environment
*Reliable, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*No requirement to complete formal support plans
