About the Opportunity
Our client, an award-winning media and events organisation, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their growing publishing team. With a strong presence across digital platforms, print publications, and live events, they produce high-quality content within the design, interiors, lifestyle, and construction sectors.

The RoleThe successful candidate will support marketing activity across a portfolio of publications, including both consumer-focused home and interiors brands and industry-leading design titles. Content is delivered across digital, print, social media, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and execute social media campaigns, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and grow audiences
*Collaborate with the wider team to create and distribute engaging content across websites, email, and social platforms
*Maintain consistent tone of voice across multiple brands
*Manage website updates and liaise with external suppliers to ensure content quality and accuracy
*Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, producing reports and recommendations
*Assist in the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns, including performance tracking
*Support the production of online articles and newsletters
About You*Degree educated in Marketing or a related discipline
*Highly organised with strong analytical skills
*Confident communicator with the ability to take initiative
*Creative and proactive in approach
*Able to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
*Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different platforms and audiences
*A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Desirable Skills & Experience*Previous experience in a marketing role (including internships or academic projects)
*Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems
*Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
*An interest in design, interiors, or lifestyle content
