£60,000 Basic | £90,000–£100,000 OTE + Car/Car Allowance
We’re working with a well-established automotive group seeking an experienced Head of Business to lead a high-performing dealership in Oxford. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for the site’s performance, team, and overall customer experience.
The Role:*Full P&L responsibility for the dealership
*Leading, developing, and motivating department managers across Sales, Aftersales, and Parts
*Driving performance across all revenue streams while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
*Implementing effective processes aligned with manufacturer and group standards
*Monitoring KPIs, profitability, and operational efficiency
*Building a strong, positive culture within the business
Requirements:*Proven experience as a Head of Business, General Manager, or senior dealership leader
*Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
*Ability to lead from the front and inspire high-performing teams
*Excellent understanding of both Sales and Aftersales operations
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
