The Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of your pupils. You will create a supportive and engaging learning environment, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet a range of SEND needs

*Support pupils with EHCPs and adapt learning accordingly

*Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals

*Monitor progress and contribute to reviews and target setting

*Create a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment

*Implement effective behaviour management strategies

Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

*Experience working with SEND pupils (in specialist or mainstream settings)

*Strong understanding of a range of additional needs

*A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach

*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
