Job Description:
Our client, Brent Council, is looking for a Head of Service for their Quality & Improvement team.




*Understanding CQC processes and requirements essential
*Office-based 2 or 3 times a week - full-time in the event of a CQC inspection
*Must be immediately available
*Practice Development Needs, Principal Social Work and Transformation Team and Performance Team
*Will be supervising a small team of up to 5 direct reports
*Performance, data, training, development and practice
*Evidence of experience improving a CQC rating in a local authority context would be ideal
