Elite Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established law firm based in Tamworth, for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join their growing team.
The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handling a full caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
*Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
*Managing files efficiently in line with regulatory requirements
*Providing a professional and responsive service to clients
Requirements:
*Minimum of 4 years PQE (or equivalent experience)
*Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Excellent attention to detail and client care
