Elite Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable law firm in Tamworth, for an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their team.
The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, providing expert legal advice and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, and Trusts
*Advising clients on a range of private client matters
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
*Delivering high levels of client care and service
Requirements:
*Minimum of 4 years PQE (or equivalent experience)
*Strong technical knowledge within private client law
*Ability to manage caseload independently
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
