We are currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancer to join our client a well-established and busy legal team based in Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage their own caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, full-time

The Role:
You will be responsible for handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The role requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and excellent client care skills.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
*Preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts
*Conducting searches and handling enquiries
*Ensuring all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
*Providing excellent client service throughout the transaction process
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience in a conveyancing role (qualified or non-qualified considered)
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*High level of attention to detail
*Proficient in using case management systems
