A growing environmental consultancy near Hastings is seeking a Principal Ecologist to lead projects and support the development of a busy ecology team. The company works across a diverse portfolio, delivering ecological support from early-stage surveys through to project completion.
As a Principal Ecologist, you will manage projects, oversee surveys, review technical reports, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. The Principal Ecologist will also provide guidance to junior team members and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
