Part-Time HR Director & Professional Development Mentor- Southampton- £70K FTE
A growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Director to provide strategic and hands-on HR support on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
The Role
*Act as a strategic HR advisor to leadership
*Mentor and develop the current HR team member
*Support key HR projects and improve processes and policies
*Provide practical, day-to-day HR guidance as needed
About You
*Proven senior HR leadership experience
*CIPD Level 7 qualified
*Strong blend of strategic and operational HR skills
*Passionate about mentoring and developing others
