Job title: Sales Negotiator
Locations: Cannock
Basic Salary: £22,000 -£27,000+ (depending on experience) with a pay rise after probation
After Year 1:
Commission: Easily another £12,000 - £15,000 once you’ve built your pipeline
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Every other Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu – we know you’ve got to keep that work-life balance )
Experience Required: 1 year’s experience

The Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in property sales negotiation, preferably within the estate agency industry.
*Comfortable with Social Media
*Strong analytical and market research skills.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
*A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle

*Arranging and conducting viewing appointments
*Liaising directly with vendors and buyers
*Negotiations
*Sales progression
*Arranging market appraisal appointments
*Working to and achieving set targets
*General Sales Administration
