Our client is expanding their London paraplanning function and is looking for an experienced, diploma-qualified Paraplanner to support their advisers in delivering high-quality, personalised financial advice. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of paraplanners, administrators, and financial associates who work together to provide an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll be doing
Paraplanning & Technical Support
*Work closely with advisers, including attending regular case update meetings
*Provide technical guidance and support on calculations, planning scenarios, and complex queries
*Conduct research and analysis to support new business recommendations
*Draft clear, compliant suitability reports for adviser review
*Build and maintain detailed cashflow models to support client advice
*Attend client meetings when required to document outcomes and support the advice process
Client & Case Management
*Manage client requests such as withdrawals, contributions, and policy amendments
*Communicate with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
*Prepare client-facing documents including summaries, review packs, and meeting materials
*Pre-populate forms and documentation to support adviser meetings
Administration & Compliance
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
*Ensure fact-finds, workflows, and compliance documentation are completed correctly
*Process and submit paperwork efficiently
*Support the wider team with administrative tasks when needed


What we’re looking for
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or close to completion)
*Proven paraplanning experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and broader financial planning
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
