What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Registering and qualifying buyers
*Conducting property viewings and handling enquiries
*Negotiating offers and progressing deals through to completion
*Assisting in marketing and promoting new listings
*Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
*Supporting wider team targets and branch success
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Sales experience
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
*Well-presented and professional at all times
*Strong negotiation skills
*Knowledge of Worcester Park / Cheam area an advantage
*Full UK driving licence and own car essential
