The RoleYou will lead and line-manage Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, personalised support is delivered in line with regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities*Lead, motivate, and support a team of Support Workers
*Ensure person-centred support, care planning, and risk assessments
*Promote safeguarding, quality, and compliance (including CQC standards)
*Deliver effective recruitment, inductions, supervision, and rota planning
*Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and professionals
*Support service performance, audits, and budgets
About You Access to transport with a valid UK driving license
Confident people manager with strong communication skills
Strong understanding of safeguarding, person-centred practice, and GDPR
Enhanced DBS (or willing to undertake)
Desirable:
*Management experience in supported living or similar settings
*Knowledge of CQC requirements
