Our client, a logistics company is looking for a Security Personnel/3.5t driver to join their team in Colnbrook.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 09:00–18:00, with optional overtime available. We provide full on-the-job training, so while experience in secure logistics is desirable, it’s not essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Carrying out secure collections and deliveries in line with operating procedures
*Ensuring all goods are packed, secured, and documented correctly
*Operating a company vehicle (3.5t) and conducting daily vehicle checks
*Liaising with clients and external security partners during collections and deliveries
*Using a handheld device to track and record movements
*Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and upholding high standards of customer service
*Following all company security and health & safety procedures
*Reporting any issues or incidents promptly to your manager
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
*Hold a full UK driving Licence
*Strong communication skills, with good verbal and written English
*Able to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines
*Basic IT/ smartphone proficiency
*Be a team player in the transport team as well as working alongside all other colleagues
*Professional appearance and team player attitude
Desirable:
*Experience transporting valuable goods
*Experience driving 3.5t vehicles
*Knowledge of the local area and Central London
