Customer Billings Admin

We are looking for a customer focused candidate to join my clients busy team!
This role is a mix of admin, customer service, accounts and credit control.
This is a super varied position.
We must have somebody with excellent communication skills and somebody who is good with IT as you will be using multiple systems including excel in this role.
Ideally we would like somebody with 8-12 months minimum office experience.
Duties include:
*Reporting
*Answering calls and emails
*Changing client details on the system
*Dealing with queries and enquires
*Chasing outstanding invoices
