The Role
You’ll help keep production running smoothly by operating machinery, following processes, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Duties
*Operate production equipment
*Follow SOPs and production plans
*Complete basic records and quality checks
*Support changeovers and team tasks
*Maintain hygiene and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
*Understanding of food manufacturing standards
*Good attention to detail
*Able to follow processes and work in a team
*Basic IT skills (Excel, Word; SAP is a bonus)
*Flexible to work 12-hour shifts (days, nights & weekends)
*Panama Shift pattern – Work 2 shifts, 2 days off, Work 3 shifts, 2 days off
Pay & Hours
*£15.31 per hour (£32,043 pro rata)
*Full-time, 12-hour shifts (days, nights & weekends)
*Fixed - term: May to August
