Job Description:
Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre (Central Glasgow)
We’re looking for motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our growing contact centre team based in central Glasgow.
Salary: £26,500 – £28,500
Hours:
*Shifts between 10:00am – 11:00pm
*Includes weekend working
*First 3 months: latest finish 7:00pm
Location & Flexibility:
*Office-based in central Glasgow for first 3 months
*Fully remote working available after this period
The Role:
*Handling customer enquiries in a Banking environment for a
*Providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently
*Working in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
*Regulated environment desired across any industries.
*Customer-focused mindset
*Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
