Key Responsibilities
*Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
*Preparing and reviewing contracts and related legal documentation
*Ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal procedures
*Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate case records
Candidate Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer CLC
*Proven experience in residential conveyancing
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to manage a caseload efficiently
*Good IT skills, including case management systems
*High attention to detail and a professional approach
