The Role
The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its highly regarded Birmingham team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload and work closely with senior lawyers on more complex matters, including those with cross-border elements.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, and estate administration
*Advising on inheritance tax and estate planning matters
*Assisting with the administration of high-value and complex estates
*Supporting senior team members on international and cross-border work
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Contributing to business development and networking initiatives
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years’ PQE in private client work
*Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning
*Experience or exposure to high-net-worth clients
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to manage caseloads effectively and meet deadlines
*A proactive and team-oriented approach
