I’m working with a genuinely exciting organisation based in Cardiff looking to bring in a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of performance marketing and drive real, measurable growth.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on but also thinking strategically , you’ll have full visibility of performance, the autonomy to test and optimise, and the chance to make a genuine impact on revenue.
What you’ll be doing:
*Owning and optimising digital acquisition channels (PPC, paid social, SEO, affiliates, display)
*Managing agency relationships and performance
*Working with data to track performance, identify trends, and improve ROI
*Leading on testing and optimisation across campaigns
*Supporting email/SMS activity and customer journeys
*Collaborating with wider marketing and eCommerce teams to drive overall performance
What we’re looking for:
*A strong background in digital/performance marketing
*Experience across multiple channels (PPC, paid social, SEO etc.)
*Confident working with data, reporting, and making commercial decisions
*Experience managing agencies or external partners
*Someone proactive, curious, and keen to improve performance
This role would suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, spotting opportunities, and continuously improving results- rather than just "running campaigns."
