Senior Software Engineer
Hybrid working - 2 days onsite
£60,000 to £75,000 + Benefits.


An established organisation is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing team delivering impactful, real-world solutions.


If you enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with stakeholders, and having genuine influence over delivery and outcomes, this could be a great fit.


What you’ll be doing
*Leading and contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality solutions
*Collaborating with stakeholders to understand challenges and shape outcomes
*Mentoring and supporting less-experienced team members
*Championing best practices across delivery, quality, and ways of working


What we’re looking for
*Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
*Proven technical background using C#, Java or Golang
*Strong technical background with React, or Angular and TypeScript
*Willingness to learn new skills - GCP and AI.
*Confidence working in stakeholder-facing environments
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
