Job Description:
National Account Executive
Salary: £27,000 + commission
Location: Bradford/Hybrid
Elevation Recruitment are pleased to be working once again with one of the UKs leading driver recruitment agencies.
We’re looking for a driven outbound sales exec to unlock opportunities within existing National Account clients.
You’ll contact depots across the UK, identify driver shortages, and convert demand into live opportunities - working from warm agreements already in place.

The role:
*High-volume outbound calls to transport depots
*Spot driver needs and qualify opportunities
*Build a strong, trackable pipeline
*Log activity and manage data via CRM
*Pass qualified leads to National Account Managers
You’ll need:
*Confidence on the phone and resilience to push through objections
*A target-driven mindset with a focus on results
*Strong organisation and attention to detail
*Clear, professional communication skills
Full training provided, with clear progression into Account Management or New Business
