Job Description:
IFA Administrator, Cambridgeshire. £30,000 – £35,000 plus good benefits and discretionary annual bonus.
We are partnering with a client-centric wealth planning business who place their clients at the forefront of everything they do. You’ll be supporting 1 Adviser and a Paraplanner, working closely together to deliver an exceptional client experience.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Wealth Planning Administrator to join a supportive, well-organised team and play a key role in the smooth delivery of financial planning services to a high-quality client base. They have a very strong record of developing their staff, offering excellent opportunities to progress from within.
The role:
*Provide administrative support to Wealth Planners, including attending client meetings where required
*Act as a point of contact for clients where appropriate
*Prepare meeting and review packs ahead of client appointments
*Process new business accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all paperwork and systems are updated
*Record and maintain client data
To apply:
*Previous experience in an IFA or Wealth Planning Administration role
*Good knowledge of financial planning products
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a varied workload
*A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
*Experience using back-office systems (Xplan and Voyant a distinct advantageous)
