We’re working with a well-established and growing manufacturer specialising in high-precision cutting tools, supplying into a range of specialist industries.
Due to continued growth and investment in their CNC division, they’re looking to recruit an experienced CNC Cutter Grinder to join their team.

The Role
*Setting, programming and operating CNC grinding machines (Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic)
*Producing high-precision cutting tools (standard and bespoke)
*Working from engineering drawings and specifications
*Inspecting finished tools using measuring equipment
*Troubleshooting machining and tooling issues
*Maintaining a safe, clean working environment
Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
*Proven CNC cutter grinding experience is essential
*Experience on Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic machines
*Strong setting and operating capability
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
*High attention to detail
Applications without CNC grinding experience will not be considered
